We usually reply within 1–2 days.
To report someone, open their profile or the chat in the app and tap Report. That's the fastest way for our safety team to see what happened. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. You can also write to privacy@dati.app from the email address on your account.
How do I report or block someone?
Open their profile, a post, or your chat with them and tap Report or Block. They won't be told that you reported them.
Can Dati read my messages?
No. Private messages are end-to-end encrypted, so only you and the person you're talking to can read them. If you report a chat, your phone shares the latest messages of that chat with our safety team so they can review it.
I got a new phone. How do I get my messages back?
If you turned on Message recovery in Settings, sign in on your new phone and enter your recovery key or password. Without it, older messages can't be recovered, because we never have the keys to read them.
Who can see my location?
Only your district and city are shown to others. Your exact location is never shown to anyone.
Why was my post not published?
Every post is checked before it goes live. If it breaks our community rules, it isn't published. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@dati.app.
What are Dati Coins?
Coins are Dati's in-app currency for games and extras. They have no real money value and can't be exchanged for cash.

Profilini, bir gönderisini ya da onunla olan sohbetini açıp Şikâyet et veya Engelle'ye dokun. Şikâyet ettiğin kişiye bu bildirilmez.
Dati mesajlarımı okuyabilir mi?
Hayır. Özel mesajlar uçtan uca şifrelidir; sadece sen ve konuştuğun kişi okuyabilir. Bir sohbeti şikâyet edersen, telefonun o sohbetin son mesajlarını incelenmesi için güvenlik ekibimizle paylaşır.
Yeni telefon aldım, mesajlarımı nasıl geri getiririm?
Ayarlar'dan Mesaj kurtarma'yı açtıysan, yeni telefonunda giriş yapıp kurtarma anahtarını ya da şifreni gir. Bu olmadan eski mesajlar geri getirilemez, çünkü onları okuyacak anahtarlar hiçbir zaman bizde değildir.
Konumumu kimler görebilir?
Diğer kullanıcılara sadece ilçen ve şehrin gösterilir. Tam konumun asla kimseye gösterilmez.
Gönderim neden yayınlanmadı?
Her gönderi yayına girmeden önce kontrol edilir. Topluluk kurallarımıza aykırıysa yayınlanmaz. Hata yaptığımızı düşünüyorsan support@dati.app adresine yaz.
